Terms of Service

Welcome to minigoal (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of the Service

By registering for or using minigoal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Account

• You need to register an account to use the Service
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Please keep your password safe; you are responsible for losses caused by password leakage
• You must provide accurate registration information

3. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any illegal activity
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Abuse the API (e.g., excessive requests, scraping data)

4. Intellectual Property

The minigoal name, logo, interface design, and related intellectual property belong to us. Content you create in the Service (goals, tasks, data, etc.) belongs to you.

5. Virtual Currency and Digital Goods

• Coins in the Service are virtual currency valid only within the Service, and can be purchased through third-party payment providers
• Coins may only be used within the Service (e.g., to purchase mystery boxes, collectibles, outfits, etc.) and cannot be exchanged for cash or other currencies, nor transferred, lent, or gifted (except as otherwise required by applicable law)
• Coins and virtual goods (including mystery box collectibles, outfits, etc.) are digital goods; they are deemed delivered upon sale and are non-refundable except as provided in Section 6 or otherwise required by applicable law
• The number of coins is based on the records in your account; loss of virtual assets due to failure to claim in time or account deletion is your responsibility

6. Refund Policy

• Payments are processed by Gumroad as the Merchant of Record. Digital goods are delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable
• If you qualify under Gumroad's refund policy (typically within 7 days of purchase), you can request a refund via the link in your purchase email or on the Gumroad platform
• After a successful refund, the platform will adjust the relevant virtual currency according to the actual processing result
• If we find abuse of the refund policy (e.g., malicious refunds followed by transfer of virtual assets), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account

7. Service Availability

• We strive to keep the Service stable but do not guarantee 100% availability
• We reserve the right to perform maintenance when necessary and will try to notify you in advance
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure

8. Data and Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is processed. You can export or delete your data at any time.

9. Disclaimer

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee that goal-tracking features will produce specific results or changes
• We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Service

10. Minors

• The Service is intended for users aged 13 or older (or a higher age required by your jurisdiction, such as 16 in the EU)
• If you are under the required age, please do not register for or use the Service
• If a minor uses the Service with guardian consent, the guardian is responsible for the minor's account activity and any purchases
• We may ask you to provide age information to enforce the age restrictions above

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
