When you use minigoal, we may collect the following information:

• Account information: Email address provided at registration
• Profile: Nickname, gender, age, occupation, and MBTI personality type you voluntarily provide
• Goal data: Goals, tasks, check-in records, and energy logs you create
• Purchase records: Order information when you purchase coins or virtual goods (email, purchase time, product, amount), used for order processing and after-sales service
• Device information: Device type and operating system version (to provide the best experience)

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect sensitive information such as your real name or national ID number
• We do not collect your location information (unless you actively use a related feature)
• We do not access your contacts, photos, or text messages
• Payments are processed by Gumroad. We do not store your card number, payment account information, or other payment credentials

3. How We Use Information

We only use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the minigoal service
• Process your orders and refund requests
• Compile your personal usage statistics (streak days, completed goals, etc.)
• Optimize and improve the product experience
• Send necessary service notifications (e.g., password reset, order confirmation)

We do not use your personal data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored in Google Cloud data centers (Seoul region, asia-northeast3)
• Transmissions are encrypted with TLS
• Passwords are hashed; we cannot read your original password
• We take reasonable security measures to protect your data

5. Data Retention

• We retain necessary data only when required by law or for the reasonable period needed for order tax records

6. Third-Party Services

minigoal uses the following third-party services:

• Google Cloud Platform (cloud servers, database)
• Cloudflare (DNS resolution, CDN)
• Gumroad (payment processing, as Merchant of Record, responsible for tax and compliance)

These service providers comply with applicable data protection agreements. Payment processing is handled independently by Gumroad; its data collection and use are governed by the Gumroad Privacy Policy.

You have the right to:

• View and modify your personal information
• Withdraw consent (by stopping use of the Service)
